Bale or Return

Bale of Hay

Cattle from Botelet got out of their field onto the road.  Someone saw them and kindly put them into the nearest field.  It was our neighbour’s field, not ours.  After hearing from the neighbour, Dad went to fetch the cattle.  The neighbour said, “I’ll be needing a bale of hay to make up for what they’ve eaten”.  So Dad said, “Alright, I’ll send my man with it in the morning, but you must not give it to your cattle but keep it by.  One day your cattle might break out and end up in a Botelet field, then we’ll need the bale back again.”
